Our speaker, Andrea Staudacher conceives and designs future-oriented scenarios
and worlds of experience at FutureFoodLab (www.futurefoodlab.ch). She offers
catering as well as workshops and lectures on the topic of nutrition and morals,
shifting values, innovation as well as experiences on the food of the future. At home,
insects, algae, and jellyfish have long been part of her diet. She would try in vitro
meat without hesitation; eating meat is not possible without killing animals she
sometimes takes the knife in her own hand.
At the moment, the artist is gaining knowledge about the present and the future of
death with FutureDeathLab
